What’s In My Bag: Beauty Edition

We all have that something that we can’t live without every time we go out of the house. And here’s what’s inside my little vanity kit that I can’t live without. These are my essentials every single time I leave the house – either I go to the mall, pick up my kids at school, gym or work.

What’s in my bag:

Two Gillian Jones brush (one for blusher, one for powder)

MAC Studio Moisture Cream

MAC Studio Fix Powder NC42

MAC Mineralize Blush – Naturally Flawless

MAC Studio Waterweight Concealer NC35

MAC Eyeliner

MAC Fix+

Handmade Heroes Lip Scrub

Handmade Heroes Lip Tint – English Rose

Zoeva Liquid Eyeliner Black

Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Oil Control Paper

Bath and Body Works Warm Vanilla Sugar Cleansing Hand Gel

Elie Saab Girl of Now

I don’t use a lot of makeup lately especially during work so I try to be as natural as possible, and to be able to do that I needed to make sure that my skin is well prep and protected.

This is not a paid blog post so I am not trying to promote any products or brands here. It just happens that these products are the ones that works perfectly on my skin.

This basically is the summary of my whole look every day I go to work. After washing my face; I apply my sunscreen and moisturiser, I also use MAC moisture cream – this little gem is such a great primer for my skin and it smells so nice. Instead of foundation and layers of concealers, I’ve recently started using this new MAC waterweight concealer – its a perfect tone for my complexion and it’s perfect to what I wanted to achieve. A natural not so cakey and full coverage. It’s a very powerful little bottle. Of course then a little dust of powder and blush and complete the brows and spray my fix+. Done.

I’ve always had very dry lips and so a good, natural products like this one from Handmade Heroes helps my lips exfoliate and smoothen and to finish the look, I add a little English rose lip tint for added moisturise and color.

I certainly can’t live without this scent! I’ve been so obsessed about this new collection of Elie Saab lately and even after a few months of using this Girl of Now, I still can’t get enough of it. Sweet!

I also keep a hand gel and cream (not on the photo) from Bath and Body Works and oil control film just because I have tendency to get oily in the face during the day.

So there’s my little vanity kit. Things I love so much! What about you? What’s in your bag? Let me know!
